These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.1 Platform Scope

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Security

6.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and is intended as a form of entertainment. You confirm that you are not aware of any gambling-related problems that would make your continued use of the Platform harmful to your financial wellbeing. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

fast75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if fast75 determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that any of the following conditions apply.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has provided false age information.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.

• The account is associated with fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or disputed transactions.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to KYC verification requirements. 7.3 Effect of Closure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fast75's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their fast75 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

fast75 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity.
• Loss of or damage to data, including account history or transaction records, resulting from circumstances outside fast75's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet service provider outages, and telecommunications failures.
• Game malfunctions caused by third-party game provider software errors — in such cases fast75 will follow the relevant game provider's published malfunction policy, which typically results in the voiding of affected rounds and the return of wagers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, including failure to enable two-factor authentication.

8.2 Service Availability

fast75 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable. fast75 shall not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or open positions — resulting from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or a live sports betting event, fast75's system logs will be used as the definitive record of the game or bet state at the time of disconnection, and the outcome will be settled accordingly.
